lots of water and very little sodium. also, a flatter belly makes you look better all over - check out the The Flat Belly Diet principles and i would suggest doing the 1st 4 day "cleanse" - you might lose a couple of pounds but you will FOR SURE notice a flatter belly

I had never heard of these until recently either. I got a pair from Famous Footwear for $25. I love them, they are that mesh kind that keep me pretty cool. I don't think they are GREAT exercise shoes but I stand/walk for 5 hours at work and they are just as comfy as my Addidas!

Ok then here is my question: Do you find that if you are not losing due to too high of sodium intake that you can "fix" it by just drinking a lot of water? Or does the sodium actually prevent you from "real" weight loss???

That does seem high, plus I have found that the database of exercises is also high - by about 20%. No I don't think 1200 is enough. You should check with your Dr. on how many calories EXTRA you need to eat to nurse successfully. here's a tip for pb you have to stir and store in the fridge - store it upside down and the oil will be absorbed into the rest of the peanut butter and you don't have to stir!!!
