From Sept - April I put on 13lbs....not from winter tho - it's from summer vacation ending, and starting up the school year again :/

I took a day off, but will be back at L2D3 tonight - hoping the day of rest made me a little stronger to be able get through it :#

I just found this thread:) I finished L2D2 today, and it wasn't any easier today than yesterday, it's rough! All the planking moves, along with oblique twists and skating...it's a killer!

You are SO not alone! I finished L2D3 today, and when it's time to do the oblique twists followed by skating, I do feel like I'm gonna die! I'm still modifying the skating, because when I try to do the jump, and then the 30 sec again of twists, I totally can't breathe :D But I keep pushing through, I'm way too determined…

Finished L1D10 today, and I finished strong! Moving on to Level 2 tomorrow...it's a killer!

I'm ready to be done with level 1, but I know what's in store for me in L2, so I'm kinda nervous since I've now got L1 down pretty well :# I started this program the same day I started back here on MFP with watching my calories, and I've…

I'm in! This will be my first month long challenge. I AM going to walk 100 miles this month! Right now I average 3-3.2 miles a day, so this will step it up. I'm also restarting the C25K, so this should help amp up my miles:)

Bump to read later!

Love it:smile:

I've lost 29 lbs since January, I'm 5'1 and went from a 16 and very tight 14 to size 12's that I just bought yesterday and they fit wonderfully:smile: So for me it looks like ~15lbs a size
