Sorry I missed the weigh-in last week. These past couple of weeks have been insane. I've been swamped at work and I started a new term at school. Luckily, I've been able to keep it going in the right direction. SW: 225 Week 1: 223.8 Week 2: 223.8 Week 3: 223.0 Final Weighin:

Hi all! My name is Crystal and I'm so excited for this challenge. I've done other challenges with Kristy and she's super motivating and makes the challenge fun! My goal for this challenge is to lose 15 pounds (my 4% is about 9 pounds). Also, I'm from Nebraska (finally getting nice weather here!). Good luck!

I'm in if there's still room!

You have to upload your pictures to a site like Photobucket and then copy the image link and paste it in here. There are tags at the beginning and end of the link that you have to change to lowercase [ img ] and [ /img ] (minus the spaces).

Mine would be the unpredictable sizing at "normal size" stores. This is already foreign territory for me and it drives me nuts when I go from feeling on top of the world at one store because the XL fits (and might be a little loose) to wanting to break down in tears because the XL at another store makes me look like I'm…

I think you're just missing 1 bracket.

Nope, a pound of muscle weighs the same as a pound of fat. However, muscle is more dense than fat so it takes up less room. If you've just started exercising, your muscles could be retaining water. Make sure to take measurements because sometimes the scale won't move but you'll lose inches (which is just as good IMO).

Your net calories are simply the calories you've eaten minus any calories you've burned exercising. For example, if you've eaten 1200 calories and have burned 200 exercising, your net calories are 1000. The calorie goal MFP sets for you is based on net calories so you'll see if you add your exercise calories in to MFP,…

My doctor told me it can be caused by lack of protein so I would check the protein levels in your diet as well.

Still 193 this week. It's been really hard for me to get my motivation back after the holidays. However, my boyfriend gave me a new motivation yesterday. We've been together a long time (almost 10 years) and we've always wanted to get married but it was never anything that we were in a rush to do. We've also decided that…

193 this week. I was worried as the scale was up almost all week but a nice surprise this morning. I didn't get 3 new exercises in but I did start C25K so I was happy with myself on that. Good luck this week everyone!
-
1 new exercise down, 2 to go. Just finished my first day of C25K. So proud! Hopefully I can stick with it.

194 this week :( Hopefully it's mostly water weight due to the traveling I had to do this past week. Oh well, I'm determined to start counting every bite and getting in gear on the workouts this week so hopefully I'll see a loss next week. Good luck this week everyone!

Stayed the same this week :( This was an emotional week for some reason I can't figure out yet so my eating was crap. Now, I've apparently caught a bit of the flu and I have to travel 3 days this week for work. Ugh! Good luck this week everyone!

My goals look good

Woohoo! I've been waiting for this :) Here's my info: Name: Crystal Starting weigh: 192 :( Goal weight: 150 Non Scale Goal: Being able to run a 5K A brief Introduction about yourself: Hi all! Can't wait for the next challenge! Ready to get down to my final goal weight. Happy holidays everyone! :)
-
Sorry for the delay. Stayed the same this week :(

How could I forget Robert Downey Jr.???? Can't wait to go see the new Sherlock Holmes.
-
So it's not just my dog! My baby boy is 65 pounds but thinks he is tiny enough to sit on laps too!
-
We can't forget Gerard... And Billie Joe of course... *drools*
-
Just watched it tonight. Not very good, IMO. There are much better horror movies out there (mostly oldies but goodies).
-
I love that my dog loves me unconditionally. He's always ecstatic to see me and he just shows me so much love. He's pretty freakin' adorable too!
-
I still have my beanie babies! I loved my Popples too :)
-
Return to Me. An oldie, but definitely worth a watch. One of my favorites!

179.8 today. Not much loss but I'm out of the 180s! Congrats Josette on surpassing your goal! You've done amazing :)

Woo! It was nice to have a loss after a couple weeks of hovering. Still getting used to my losses slowing down as everything came off so quickly before. Anywho, this week's challenge is to share your secrets to staying on plan (at least somewhat) during the holidays. For me, there are so many things I love to eat, I cut…
