One thing I was surprised at what the amount of sodium in some breads, especially at restaurants. So, I don't eat bread anymore. If I'm at a sub shop, I will ask for my sandwich to be wrapped in lettuce instead of the bread (if that's an option). The lettuce wraps are delicious and much healthier too!

July 2010. Had to do the walk of shame at an amusement park because they couldn't get the shoulder harness buckled. I love amusement parks. I decided that I wasn't going to let my weight stop me from doing what I love any longer.

Fell off the wagon. Was going to start 5/23 but then got sick and then lost motivation. Started level 1 day 1 yesterday and wow did it kick my butt. Sticking with it this time. Gotta get ready for vacation in July!

I keep sugar free hard candy at my desk at work. It's not calorie free but it helps satisfy my craving without putting my sugar through the roof.

Yesterday was an easy day to stay under calories as we just visited my grandma's grave and hung out at home the rest of the day.
