I'm 5"4 and am 197. The heaviest I have ever been. Starterd last week at 201 would like to get to 164. Seems such a long way off and so trying to break it down to 10 llb targets

It also gives me hope. I am also at week 4 and the thought of being at the end of week 5 there is a straight 20 minute run! I cant believe that I will be able to do that. but you have inspired me that I can.....well done on your success

no....otherwise what it the point in working out! That is the way you lose more weight. I also think it gives you a bit of a cushion for the days when things don't go so well

Try jillian michaels 30 day shred it works great and is great to fit in with a baby.... I use 3 pound to start with and worked up from there.......good luck

I did it for 5 days last week and lost 6 pounds. I have used it in the past and had really good results and toned up fast. I have done 3 days at level one this week and lost nothing so far, so am going to move to level two. It's amazing the difference as your body starts to get stronger

I think you can. I try to look at the calories for the week and keep roughly within that amount. That way I can still have a bit 'extra' at the weekend :0)
