Why don't you use epsom salt? I am heavily constipated most of the time, even though I eat soups and greens. I take them once a month (mostly when I really need it) and drink lots of water during the day to stay hydrated. mmmmm...chocolate. I haven't had any since my sister's bday in January. I'm too scared it will make me lethargic for the rest of the day. Darn PCOS. It separated me from the love of my life. My favorite will always be Ferrero Rocher.

I totally agree. Potatoes are delicious and you can use them in many recipes, so unless you have a medical condition like me, where you watch out for insulin spikes, use them in moderation.

Well,when I started I had to follow a low-carb diet,because of PCOS. So I took of my diet gluten, rice, sugar and potatoes (although I do have them once in awhile). same height and I am 70kgs, but I feel I should lose 5kg. I have no idea how to lose it since I have strained my ankle and can't so any exercise. I don't want to cut more on calories as I feel it has affected my skin (or I'm just getting old)

Try cutting 200 calories from your daily diet for abt a week, and see if there are any changes. It looks like the amount of calories you're eating right now are working to maintain your actual weight. Do you have any dietary needs you have to follow? Good Luck

I have it every morning and before I go to sleep. I put 2 tbsp(s) in 1 glass of water and 1/2 lemon. It wakes me up in the morning and makes feel full of energy. It also helps you feel better after eating oily food.
