I was carrying in kitty litter and a large bag of cat food to my place yesterday and was thinking of how heavy they were and realized they equaled the amount of weight I've lost so far and could not believe that I used to carry that around daily!

After years of being a size 18 and being tired of pulling my pants up, today I skeptically tried on a pair of size 12 jeans. I haven't worn a size 12 since 2005. I'm pretty shocked.

I started at 223. I am at 194 right now..so I'm not quite at "after" yet. I am guessing I was over 200 for over 3 years. I was avoiding scales for a while. So far, my skin has been going right back with the weight. I'm 31.

Great progress! Keep it up! That's a big difference. :) I started at 223 and am at 194 now but am a few inches taller than you are. I also don't eat strictly clean. I think it'll make it easier to maintain.
