I weighed 254 for years. I'd try to lose, get down to 242, stay there weeks, get frustrated, and then bounce back to 254. Today I weigh 210. I have to agree with the people that said "The Godfather" movies. I know, great acting, great actors, epic story. Regardless, I bust out the window and use an escape ladder to get away from them. I live on the 3rd floor. :)

I looked at squats and rows videos, not sure I can do those, it would have to be super light weight. I had two hernias repaired not too long ago, and I have chronic back problems from an old injury. You've created equality calories in/calories out probably due to a bad value somewhere. I'm not criticizing your ability to track. For example, I stayed the same weight for weeks last June/July. Really, your ability to perform tasks and knowledge of how to perform tasks are separate. The nutritionist could be using his/her knowledge of nutrition, to intentionally be obese! Maybe their partner has a fetish!

Thanks all! Tomorrow will be first time I try free weights. I bought gloves, but noticed nobody wore them in the bodybuilding videos I've watched.

I'm losing, but I could probably stop counting. Most foods I eat are routine, and amount and calorie content are known. If I wanted to stop counting, I would still check out calories in foods that aren't part of my routine.
