Well when I tell MFP I've had a cup of water it syncs with my FitBit Dashboard & that says I've drunk 236.6ml. I try to drink 2 litres of water a day, some days I manage it, some days I don't & others days I drink more than 2 litres.

Target is 155g but it varies quite a bit. Almost all is from fruit & veg. The only things I limit really are potatoes,rice,pasta,bread & cereal because I find they don't fill me up very much so aren't really worth it.

I feel so much better about my weightloss now that I am weighing everything I eat. I get laughed at for it at home but last time I just said "hey, have I lost more weight since I started weighing my food than I had before?, is that a yes I hear? well STFU then"

I'm doing 40% carbs, 35% fat & 25% protein - which gives me 155g carbs, 60g fat & 97g protein. I get the majority of my carbs from fruit & veg with occasional potatoes or bread. Protein helps keep you feeling full for longer so it's definitely worth increasing that (and is also so easy to get even if you don't eat meat).

I wouldn't be totally against the idea but preferably not while I'm cycling like crazy with sweat pouring down my face or mid set of weights reps.

I eat when I'm hungry, which can be half an hour after I get up or 2-4 hours after getting up (but I do make myself eat within half an hour of getting up on days I'm at the gym at 10am) but I'm noticing more & more recently that if I don't eat fairly soon after I get up I end up being loads hungrier.

Reasonable - between 10 & 11.30. Unfortunately sweetie it is just water, oh and salt. There are motivational posters etc that say 'Sweat is fat crying' - but that's basically just a "damn this workout is hard but it's worth it" think happy thoughts to get through it.

Eat all the fruit, all of the time! I eat probably between 3 & 8 lots of fruit a day. So far today I've had a banana, 100g of mango & a nectarine. Will probably have some raspberries and/or pineapple before the day is over.
