I've done it and it is SUPER fun. Lots of people walk or slow jog. There were a lot of people at my event so it was actually a bit of a challenge to runt he whole thing because you had to dodge around people. I work in an office with lots of free food and smack dab next to some delicious food carts. My approach is to avoid the free food as long as possible in hopes that it'll all be gone :) and if not, I take half of something. You can do it!! It's worth it, stick with it. I'm on Day 9 of Level 2 and feeling great. I can tell I'm building muscle and slimming down a bit. I do this 5 days a week and run the other 2. I find it really satisfying to talk back to Jillian :) I use 5lb weights, but sometimes drop them for the first set of the harder…
