I would kill to have time off so i could exercise. Take advantage of the situation!!! it's harder to fit in it when you're working/schooling full time! you may have to force it at first, but once you get into the groove, you'll be on your way!

Yea holding on makes it easier. I find that running on the treadmill improves my running outside because it forces me to keep pace even when I'm tired so I can't slow down. I am also 5'5'' and im' 176 lbs currently - we are almost the same! I eat a net of 1200 calories, but I exercise to that I can eat more. the trick is VEGGIES! super low calorie, very nutritious! feel free to add me and check out my diary. I wasn't logging for a while but I just got back on track.

I'm a geologist and I spend my time with drillers looking at soil borings. I wear the same garb you do! But now I don't own any nice clothes since they get ruined at work. I've been trying to slowly add a few pieces of nice clothing that i'm not allowed to wear at work so they stay nice for when I want to dress up.

I was a cardio junky. Cardio plus starving myself was making my angry and the results stopped, but I don't think I can give it up completely. I love the way my lungs feel after a sprint. Egg yolks are an excellent source of vitamins and minerals and contain a lot of nutrients that the whites don't have. If you get those elsewhere, then don't bother with the yolk. It's up to you. But there is a lot of good in yolks that gets overlooked and those poor yolks get a bad rap.
