Veggie fajitas. Most of the calories are just for the tortillas. Earn some more calories by doing some sort of exercise. If you clean the house, it counts! Good Luck!

Everyone has a day here and there that they go over. Don't beat yourself up. One day isn't that bad. Eat your dinner and don't feel guilty!!! Tomorrow is another day and I bet you'll still lose for the week.

I was on WW and was doing great before they changed the plan in November. After it changed I didn't lose anything. I think 'free fruit' messed me up. So I switched to this. This site workes like the online WW program except it is calories instead of points. I can hardly believe it is free. What a bargain! I'm much happier…

I'm 5'3" and I would love to be 150! I feel great at that weight. The thing is you have to not feel overwhelmed and if setting your goal at 150 seems more reasonable to you then that is fine.
