I'm 5'8. I power walk at 4 and jog at 5. At 4.5 I'm doing a super power walk, pretty much moving as fast as I possibly can and looking pretty ridiculous because it's such an awkward speed. I lasted for a few minutes only.

Friday: I've recently started playing w/ pre-logging and found it to be awesome. I log my main meals in advance, and then log my snacks on the fly. Must easier to just follow what I've already written down than decide on my portion sizes while in the kitchen and hungry.

I'm about the opposite of you right now, but it's just as bad. I'm a new grad and job hunting, so I'm at home all day with nothing but time on my hands. And when I have a lot of free time, I think about nothing but food!!! :( Ugh.

Maybe you should also ask which one you prefer and will use? Try using both at the gym for a while? I think that elliptical is a better full body workout, but if i had one at home, I wouldn't use it. I actually look forward to getting on my stationary bike, though!

My skin has cleared up considerably. My attitude is way different, too. I read labels, and research things that I eat. Even though I still eat some yummy junk, I'm well aware of just how junky it is.

Omg, I used to do the same thing re: getting out of bed backwards!!! Hahaha! I had it on the back of my thighs as well. I'm having the same problem w/ waking up early, but my rx is that I'm too tired and don't want to get out of bed. I've never been a morning person, and to work in my current schedule I'd need to be out the door by 5:30am or so. Looking forward to any tips!
