Don't eat if you're not hungry. For a lot of us here that's how we got overweight to begin with. You need to instill healthy habits and eating just to meet a number MFP recommends is stupid. Besides, you'll meet your goal sooner. Try for a larger deficit, if this is happening often.

Before starting my ketogenic diet, I had bad overeating and binge eating issues. I don't know how to eat intuitively. My intuition to was eat whatever and whenever I wanted. Thats how I ended up overweight. It might work for people who already have healthy eating habits.

i bought the coffee flavor one around 2 years ago and it sucked. the coffee flavor tasted like black coffee and it wasn't creamy at all. i much prefer breyer's carbsmart. it tastes like real ice cream!

we need more information. how old and tall are you? how much do you weigh? do you know your body fat percentage?

You should try to meet your protein goals. They're important for you to maintain muscle, especially if you exercise. Fat intake is less important and only for satiety.

No thats totally fine! 20g of carbs is what's recommended because it's low enough to get you in a state ketosis. Lower than 20g is even better. what are you talking about? all their bars have anywhere from 3-7g of net carbs. all of them are really high in fiber. i'm on a ketogenic (very low carb) diet and these are totally friendly for me.

im 5'5'' and have a medium/large frame and an endomorph. im 155 lbs right now and ideally i would love to get down to 130. i got down to 127 once years ago and it was just too hard to maintain. i cant see myself ever really getting into the 120's with my frame.
