Water has seriously helped me! I've only been doing this a little over 2 weeks, and drinking far more water than I used to. Ive managed to lose 3lbs in 2 weeks AND my skin is amazing at the moment. All through school/teens I suffered with spots/acne just on my face. My mum kept saying "drink more water" but I don't like it…

Im exactly the same. I can be a saint all day but it gets to dinner time and I crave a glass of wine and crisps! I have to tell myself that after I've eaten the food it will be gone and il feel rubbish and annoyed that I ate it! That's stopped me so many times! Good Luck :)

I totally agree with this. We're supposed to be helping each other but some of the people on here (especially girls on other girls) are seriously rude. It makes you feel like you cant ask.. and whats the point in that?

I love a glass of wine or 2 with dinner in the evening after work, but 2 large glasses of wine is about 400 cals! so ive tried having vodka, lime & soda in a wine glass.. far less calories and it looks like wine haha!

I have this issue too! Although my boyfriend is not overweight, he is underweight.. but eats so much bad food its unreal. He eats at totally the wrong times of the day aswell. I think he probably eats at least 3000 calories a day, 2500 of them probably being eaten after 2.30 3ish. He wants to cook meals with full fat…

I have chicken and garlic with veggies such as sweetcorn, peppers, courgettes. sometimes I chuck chickpeas in too :) I make a batch of this up for the week and have it with couscous :)

Thanks guys. I tend to get up early before work to go to the gym and often have breakfast after I come back, however I feel so tired and lack energy when im up at that time and haven't eaten anything. Think il give them a go for the early morning sessions!

Weekends are my weakness. Finishing work on Friday and resisting a huge glass of wine is just too much! I can be a saint all week and then lose it at weekends! Nightmare xx (ps sorry no help at all haha)
