So far ive managed to lose 3lbs in just over 2 weeks. I'm not overweight particularly, just looking to tone up. Last week & the week before I struggled to stay under my calorie goal, but still lost. Protein shakes
Hi guys, wasn't sure where to post this! I currently weigh 10st 5lbs and want to know more about protein shakes. I'd ideally like to tone up my legs, tummy, arms, bum, back.. Will protein shakes give me more energy in the gym? Should I be replacing them with breakfast? I know people use them to bulk up but im a bit lost…
