That's a good question and I think you should, but how much I don't know.. For example if you have a frozen raw patty of sausage and cook it.. it renders a lot of fat out of it. And unless you drink it or add that rendered fat back into the meat.. it should drop the caloric count, right? It'd be impossible to count…

Fiber is a Carb, it's just not digested and passes through your system. You can safely subtract the grams of fiber from your total carbs to get net carbs.
