I find most things taste a little off after 3 days or so. I cook chicken and hard boiled eggs 2x a week and will often cook enough of things like roasted veggies or sweet potatoes at the same time. When I lost weight- I separated them into casual, work, dressy, workout and put ads on Craigslist selling them by the bag. The ones I didn't sell I need up giving away. I regained and wish I still had a few things! I keep a box of things that will fit me once lose more.

I plan 3 dinners, lunches & breakfasts as each will repeat twice, throw together whatever on last day of what's left. I also plan 2 snack a day from 4 items (ie: yogurt, nuts, fruit, cheese). I make chicken Sun/Wed (4 breasts each time). Making a few days worth of my Protien/meat helps a lot.

I used to pay $20 for gym, now My husband son & I pay $40 for the 3 of us. Individually I spend about $25 a month on protein. Will be purchasing some additional equipment soon as we are in the process of adding on a home gym.

We got out a few nights a week for open mics. Also spend time renovating our house or grocery shopping. We try to make the work week go-go-go with chores so the weekend is relaxing. Also go for a run a few nights a week!

I started wearing crocs at home and got an arch insert for other shoes. No flats.

If you're frustrated with dating then I believe you need to change something within yourself. Work on you, be the best you possible and learn to be happy alone. Amazing things happen when you love yourself first :)

I second Target! They have pants that come in long (don't shrink and blend doesn't fade) and their warm up jackets are really great. People always assume my stuff from there is some uber expensive brand :) Edited to add, Old Navy tops shirk up too short and the pants fade/get holes quick, not worth it IMO.

I eat 1400 on a regular day and around 1800 on a workout day. 1400 is plenty and I usually have to supplement with protein shakes, nut butter or larger portions to get higher.

I used to have a Timex cheapo HRM that said I burned about 1,000cals in 45 min. I read how important it was to have one not only made for a woman but also set with VO2Max among other things and so I got a Polar (7 I believe?) and it shows HALF the burn of my old HRM. HALF!
