I would make a gyn appt. as it could be a number of things, many not so good. Better safe than sorry- esp. if you have kiddos!

Because, if you are eating enough and the right kinds of food AND working out (especially with weights) your body will get smaller but the scale may not change. If you care about what the scale says just do cardio if you care about a smaller toned body then use a measuring tape!

I think it depends on how long you want to be consumed by motherhood. If you think you're ready another 18 full years of being nothing but mommy (unless you have a career I suppose) then go for it. If you'd like the time and money to pursue travel, hobbies and get to a point where you can breathe sooner then quit while…

Shredded chicken (I do 4/5oz) tossed into pan of corn, onion, black bean & peppers mixture (I buy frozen from Wegmans), 2 Joseph's pitas, 1 ounce of avacado, 2 tbsp pineapple salsa & 2 tbsp of plain Greek yogurt (my sour cream). Huge amount of food for 400 cals (my biggest meal of the day). Also do a turkey burger with…

Medicine, water, a few grapes or a pickle occasionally and that I don't measure on workout days things that are 1/4cup or less- just eyeball it.

I imagine she's incredibly depressed. She got that way the same way many of us have, eating our feelings and anxieties. I know that I went through things in my life you would never imagine and before I started I had already given up. I felt hopeless. Also makes me think about how anorexia is looked at like a disease and…

I plan my day so I'm nearly eating constantly and I go for high volume in the evening when I'm most hungry. For instance yesterday: overnight peanut butter bannans oats, large Greek omelette, Greek yogurt with blueberries, chicken walnut grape salad sandwhich, M&M's (20) and 2 huge Santa fe style fajitas all for about 1400…

I did. They were huge and deflated! From a full perfect 40H to a deflated 36DD. I regained some weight and they're back! Hope a slower weight loss with heavy lifting helps this time around....

I didn't like pickles until I found out the we're 0 calories. Mind you it only says zero and it's more likely about 3 but close enough either way and the sour kills your taste buds for anything else :)

Unless its someone very supportive and close to me I just don't talk about myself because people will always pick you apart. I used to over share thinking those who asked where really interested. They're not. No one gives a *kitten* about my medical issues, my bad day or what I'm doing at the gym. Time to pull out the…

Eating healthy = eating mostly organic lean meats, dairy and fruits/veggies (for me) and that does indeed cost more. However, I also cut out most of the processed junk, only drink water and plan my shopping list according to my meals so I waste less and that tends to balance it out a little more. I also coupon! Can't wait…

Simplest answer came from my trainer hubb- eat CLEAN, enough and the specific macros you need at the appropriate times. You will need to research what that means in depth. Lift HEAVY and in the appropriate way (again- research as its likely not what you think). And lastly, NEVER give up. That's all I've got. :)
