  • That's one way of looking at it. I haven't gotten where I am by following that mentality however. One big oops can be a domino effect for some and turn into weeks or months of over indulging. I prefer to stay on top of what I'm doing and eat smart, drink smart (for me). You don't like my advice? ::shrugs::

  • Yup! Just take your BMR, divide by 24 (hours) and subtract that if you want an exact number for an hour of exercise.
  • Crystal light + vodka, Whipped vodka + diet soda, bud light platinum, blend frozen strawberries, no calorie lemonade mix, vodka. Most importantly, very low carb all day and no eating 2hrs before drinking and nothing after you start (protein if you absolutely must!)
