Plateaus happen (IMO) when you eat too few calories for too long. Macros also matter!

I used to get thin sliced turkey bacon (Everyday by Butterball)- believe its 10 cals a slice.

Favorite wine, favorite flowers would be nice. We have to host an open mic night that night so not sure what we'll do. Last year we made a huge blanket fort, made nice dinner and watched a movie. 'twas nice!

I would say, run, eat completely clean, no carbs after 3pm.

Been there, I'm you! Except my issue was 1200 calories. I exercised at LEAST an hour EVERY SINGLE DAY (all while working 80 hrs a week) usually aiming to burn around 1,000 calories. Luckily, you're a man and all you have to do is eat enough protein while losing so you retain the muscle you have and lift weights to build so that loose skin fills in with more muscle.

Only if you lose it by eating too few calories. I did so by eating 1400-1800 cals a day of clean food and working out. Much of my loss likely was water weight from eating terrible for a month + some medications I was on.
