That's kind of funny, I do the same thing. It always starts with the best tasting item though.

I think you might need to use lower case img. Great job by the way!

I'm sure you are. I never ran more than a 5K total in my life and I decided to run a 10K. I took it out slow, for me, that's an 11 minute/mile pace. I ran the whole thing and I felt great the whole race. I finished in 1:08.54, but I'm pretty sure my next one I will up my speed a little. It's not as hard as you think, if…

I looked at your profile to see if I could see your food diary, and I noticed you are 18. Some people continue to grow into their 20s. You may possibly be going through a growth spurt.

Mine's a pretty light case compared to some, and I lose weight. It can be done.

Awesome time! Great job!

I always worry about that too. My theory is that HRMs, regardless of which on you get, are an estimate. I still put the exercise calories for mine in spite of that. I try not to eat all of them back. I try to leave at least 200 on the table, so to speak.

I've read about this in the past. I always refer to this article: http://www.active.com/running/Articles/5_Ways_to_Improve_Your_5K_Speed.htm

It's a great program. I'm doing the Lean 90X program and I have 10 workouts to go. I am see incredible results, not really weight wise, but my muscles are starting to look really ripped. My wife comments on it all the time and I'm starting to like what I see when I look in the mirror. If you're really heavy, it might take…

You've done excellent my friend!

I recall Zumba being pretty low impact. Maybe a little jumping but nothing too crazy.

Non Scale Victory. Something like losing an inch around your waist, or somebody tells you that you're looking thinner. Things that aren't measured on a scale.

I keep all my friends unless they say something unmotivating or insulting to me.

That's awesome! Great job!

I burn anywhere from 700-1000 on P90X. I'm heavier so that helps, but I do some additional exercise during each video. When Tony talks between exercises I do jumping jacks which keeps my heart rate high and in my zone. During Kenpo X, I use weights in my hands also.

Looking good! Excellent work.

I'm always up for a challenge. I'm currently at 226.8 as of this morning. That would put me at 202.8, I would love that.

It's all age, gender, and talent dependent. When I was in high school I used to run 5Ks between 19 and 20 minutes. My brother ran them in 14-15 minutes. Now my best time as a mature adult (41 year old) has been 28:44. So, at 30 you'll probably be looking around the low to mid 20s unless you are highly skilled then lower.

I count it everyday.

Bump.

This guy had a great post on some exercises you can do. I took 6 of them and created a circuit yesterday that I did 3 times and within 30 min I had burned around 500 calories. Bear in mind I'm a little heavier than most so my burn will be more, but I definitely did not get bored.…

That's great! Congrats!

Cool. I'm doing lean, but I'm thinking I'll need a few more rounds before I reach my goals. I might do Insanity next before I do another round of P90X though. Keep up the great work! :-)
