They bloat me and make me hang onto water for a few days...but they're yummy so I still eat them sometimes!

I'd lift and lift heavy 2 or 3 times a week as well as do cardio (preferably on lifting days, after lifting. So when you have a rest day it's truly a rest day)

If you aren't stalling, then I would say keep the dairy!

All great suggestions. I would second the meat, veggies, and fats for a few days. Really focus on getting your carbs no more than 20. I think that will be the key to getting rid of the water weight in a hurry and hopefully jump starting the loss again.
