100 grams of sugar is bad for anyone I think! But it is bad when I'm trying to lose weight and my husband's diabetic so I'm glad I have that information.

I've decided to set my goal for the weight I was when I met my husband (which was nearly 10 years ago). I felt comfortable and at the time I was working out and eating healthier. If I'd stayed with that routine, I wouldn't be in this situation but it is what it is and I can't change the past. Only the future. :)

I got tested for my BMI and when I asked what would be my ideal goal, the doctor pointed out 160 lbs of the weight I was carrying was 'muscle'. The rest being fat of course.
