  • You're doing a great job!!! You are going to kill that marathon you are training for!! :)
  • I am on here every day. Accountability 101 - you have to make yourself do it. Anyone who wants to, feel free to add me. I'm new and just getting started, but this is a wonderful community and I'm happy to support as I have been supported. :)
  • I'm on here every day, too. I could always use another aspect of motivation!! Add me. :) 34 (as of today) female from the Midwest.
  • I will get it checked out!!! I don't want to make it worse...my fear is that it is a torn meniscus and I don't want that!!! If it is not better, I will get to the Dr.!! Thanks!!!!!!
  • It's definitely pain, and not ache. I have been achy for a couple of weeks, but that is because I am new to exercising and my body was pissed! :) It's not fighting me as hard now, and I welcome the ache/burn. This is pain, unfortunately.
  • I will rest it for a few days to see if the pain subsides. I don't want to hurt myself worse!! Then I will try some walking in the evenings. I try to walk the stairs at work a couple times a day, so if I can't manage that, resting is the way to go!! THANK YOU for the input!! It is appreciated and I take it to heart!! :)

Plus you will get some natural sweetness - yes, sweetness - from the lime. It enhances the drink. I also would offset every drink with a glass…
  • I'm in!! :) I just started MFP about 30 days ago. I am a mother to a beautiful almost 13 year old and I see her starting to fill out in her middle already. She wants to be out and about doing things - and so do I - but she will have to walk ahead because I get winded, and I don't want her embarrassed to be seen with me.…
  • Way to go!!! That's a fantastic accomplishment! You inspire me!! Now go have some soup and ENJOY!!!!!!! :) :)
  • I am just starting, too! I have a lot of weight to lose. I am hoping the MFP community will be a great way to stay motivated, help out along the journey and offer ideas, tips and tricks. :) Good luck to you!!
