I knew a guy who said he lost 300 pounds by eating weight watchers food from the supermarket. Oh, and 2 years ago I lost a few pounds by replacing my lunches with Progresso soups.

Maybe the reason you're hungry is because you're not getting enough calories during the day. It doesn't matter what time you eat, as long as you eat all of your calories and stay within your goal. Soup is a good idea, also hot tea with a few crackers or tea biscuits. Or maybe a cup of warm milk with a teaspoon of honey.

I do the same thing "I will wake up, wash up, have breakfast and work out. Then go on with my day". But things totally change in the morning. I keep postponing to afternoon, then evening. But when the day is over and I am about to get in bed, I put on my sports bra and do my workout. Go to bed and sleep so deep after that!…

I would start with a biggg salad and lemon. Avoid ranch and other dressings. Just some olive oil+vinegar or simply squeeze lemon on it. That will fill you up a little bit with few calories+vitamins. Then, at the Chinese buffet, I LOVE the steamed broccoli or cauliflower. I eat a lot of that! I also eat shrimp that was not…

do you do warm-up and cooling down too?

I don't think Angelina Jolie, Cameron Diaz, Demi Moore, etc. would NOT wear bikini! They have the body for it, so why not? Now, if you are over 50-60 and you have let yourself go, then bikinis may not be a good choice. I think you need to wear what you like and it's comfortable, but that also looks good on you.

Fine, I guess. I am not out of breath, if that's what you're asking. Maybe I don't know how to breathe properly. But this happens from the very first push-up. My routine requires 1 minute of push-ups every now and then. So I do a few, and then I just hold a plank for the rest of the time.

Keep your eyes on the "prize". You final goal. It's worthed, no excuses, you cannot give up. Think of it as life: when you're young and in school, you may hate it and want to give up because you don't see "results". But the results show later in life when you have a nice job, which you wouldn't have gotten without…

When I got my puppy, one of the days I forgot I had a puppy (not used to her yet). I was focused on my computer and when she came and touched my leg, I screamed like a little girl too. I never forgot I had a puppy since then!

Oops. I only used one tablespoon. It will add up 119 calories to the mix. Making each serving at 184 calories. This is for the mix only, not the bread as well. But I guess bread can be replaced with crackers. Oh, or maybe stuff portobello mushrooms and bake...

I asked the same question a while back and the response I received was that in your daily calorie needs (metabolic rate), the digestion and eating are already included. So yes, include them in your log.

Mix them with some fresh chopped dill and use it either as a spread for crackers or toast, or fill small tomatoes with it. Also stuff mushrooms and bake for a while.

Wii EA Sports Active is much better than Wii fit and you have the option of playing it with or without the balance board. This is what I have http://www.walmart.com/ip/EA-Sports-Active-Wii/10924355 . I also have the Wii Fit, but that one is a lot more for fun, but the EA Sports active will really make you exercise. To this…

rinse with water and some vinegar solution. vinegar is antibacterial and also deodorizer.

I would go by which ever one shows me the less calories burned. That way I don't over-estimate anything.

I have a Weight Watchers. I had it for years and it's perfect! It keeps in memory profiles, like age, height, gender. Then it measures your weight, body fat%, BMI, water, bone mass. Here it is: http://www.sears.com/shc/s/p_10153_12605_09680117000P?i_cntr=1314639352159 ...and in 4 years, I never changed the battery.

You should just go ahead and buy skinny clothes. Once your closet is full of those, then you won't let yourself gain weight again, since you won't fit in your clothes anymore :P

Make a salad and add tuna or boiled egg, or almonds. Or take everything you would put in a salad and make a wrap. One of my co-workers had this cool tupperware, I don't know where she got it from. It was for salad, but it had dividers for the veggies and the dressing separated, so the lettuce doesn't get soggy. Once you…

Is this thread still going? Geez! :P

Carrots. Apples+honey. Carrots and honey are not a bad combination either. If I really need NOT to put any calories in, I chew lemon. Raw. I love it. I chew about half a lemon at a time. Not hungry afterwards at all :)

I did good on the water and good on the crunches for one day. :))) But this week I worked out a lot more than usual, I worked out calisthenics 4 times/week for 45 minutes each. Plus swimming today. I used to do calisthenics for 30 minutes twice a week. I will weigh in tomorrow morning, I wouldn't be surprised if I gained…
