I guess I wasn't eating right after all? Even with the changes I made in my diet. "Facepalm" moment. By deployment, I mean I am military and I have been overseas for 3 months. So not really being able to cook, I eat what they have available. I'm going back home next week, so I'll be able to have more control. Hopefully the…

I have not been logging everything in my diary, opening it will only show maybe today and a random day 3 weeks ago. I am on deployment, so my schedule and eating pattern is hectic. Also, from the available food at our galley, I try to make the best choices with what they have, and it's pretty hard to know the calories in…

Yes, you are right about goal specific. By 130 lbs, I meant how I used to be, as a size 4. Yeap, sure are vanity pounds. I will add more weight, I was worried I was getting bulky and maybe that's why inches were not "vanishing"? :)

Now it makes sense...I didn't know where they got 16 workouts from! So just 5 exercises every workout? It seems like not enough. I guess I will feel it when I add more weight. How do I join the group?
-
do you warm up before exercising?
-
...so...if BMR is 1400 calories and I burn 300 with exercise, then I should eat 1700 calories that day and still lose weight?
-
i'm starting level 2 tomorrow, i'm combining it with a running program, so I skipped a couple days of shred in favor of running. but still plan on sticking to it. feeling great. i'm in!
-
same with me, i gained 15 pounds in one year, while exercising (some of it might be muscle mass), but even before when i used to eat a lot i didn't gain this much. it is creeping up on me. anyway, i started 30 day shred and watching what i eat more so than ever, i hope this will work.

it made me always hungry and cranky. it made me crave hamburgers and fries like crazy. as soon as i stopped it, i gagged smelling a hamburger.

I had a night of not sleeping this week. I am a mess until I make it up. I know I need more calories, this is why I got the Boost.

Great job! Btw, I had the same issue with Facebook, nobody would respond to my posts....I felt so ignored and forgotten!!! Until one of my friends told me that I disabled the option for friends to post on my wall....I felt so doofy!!!

This was said a while back by Kate Moss. It was a big deal at the time, and did not help her image and the message she was conveying to the young girls. I do not agree with it, i allow myself a treat from time to time.

bake them whole, peel them off, put them in the blender, add some seasoning and either mayo or sour cream...makes a great spread.
-
yes you can!

My mom used to cut it in slices, dip it in egg and flour and fry it. Serve with fat free garlic sauce. If you will use egg whites and (I don't know a low calorie version of flour) and bake them...I'm sure they will be better.

...and she's not in pain? I would die without my sports bra...and mine are small (correction, smallER since I started MFP, self-flattering never hurt anyone)! did this double post? oops!

because that's an issue you touched that THEY know they're guilty of but too lazy to do anything about it.
-
look above this forum, SIGNATURE....i guess that's how.

don't lose anymore pounds. just tone your body (which may cause you to weigh more but look awesome).
-
...mine dissapears instantly when it's on a plate :((((

I hate the side plank. I'm right handed and when my right arm is on the floor, I mostly fall on my nose. It's a funny picture seeing me trying to keep my balance.

I don't work out muscle groups, I do calisthenics and the abs just get caught up in the movement. I am getting nice abs, without doing any crunches. It's the overall workout.
-
Call the police. Get security cameras. They have them cheap in computer stores, they have apps that you can watch them from any smartphone or online and also take pictures when motion is detected. And that's under $50. She can have one at her window pointing outside. But you really need a police report ASAP! PS: Do not…

I agree with a cheat meal once every week or every two weeks, but once you start eating healthy and exercising, your body will not crave any of those "cheat" meals. Don't diet, just change your entire lifestyle in matter of nutrition. And never give up exercise!

never :) The scale likes to mess with your head...at least mine does! So I prefer not to use it as often, I use it maybe once or twice a month. In the meantime I keep with the food and exercise plan. At the end of that month, I see great results. Good luck! DO not let the number on the scale get to you, go by NSVs :)

Oh, do not worry about one meal. We ALL did that, whoever said they stuck to the diet is lying!!!! Anyway, a splurge once in a blue moon is not a big deal. Don't worry, just continue the healthy eating (i won't say diet) and exercise and you will be just fine. I did not forbid myself anything, I just reduced the amount of…

...and cook meals like soups and stews which are low in calorie and last you for a few days...

If I had my goal set to lose 2 pounds/week, I would probably extinct. I'm 29, 131lbs and 5'6''. My goal is set to 1200, which is maybe half a pound per week and I eat back only part of my exercise calories. I try not to have a deficit daily from the goal more than 200 calories. I still lost weight.
