Diet, exercise, sleep and water give your body everything it needs. That should also give you enough energy when needed. Don't work against your body, work with it. Being tired, maybe your body is trying to tell you something.

salads, chicken breast, boiled egg, almonds (a handful is about 100-200 calories and it fills you up), soup, oatmeal, tuna.

I don't know how healthy they are, but have you tried those 100 calories oatmeal packages from Quaker? They come in different flavors and they taste much better than anything I would make...and just in the microwave :)

I was serious, my mom actually made these as a child. I miss them, but remembering I need to work out for a week to shed THOSE calories makes them less tasty :)

french fries - ha ha!!! sad, but true. but the kind my mom makes, she makes them like steak fries, throws in an egg, puts in a sausage and adds some crumbled feta cheese...oh, wait, maybe that's why i'm on MFP :)))))))

I would stick to healthy eating and exercise, lower your calories to the goal set by MFP...and your appetite will decrease in time. Just be strong! Don't put stuff in your body that doesn't need to be there.

Lol, reading all these remind me of stupid things I did as an adult!!!!! I have plenty of those! I do Nike Training Club and it covers EVERYTHING. Cardio+ strength training for all muscle groups. Free in my living room, no machines. Great results!

Thank you for all your great answers. I wasn't too happy as a single child and I longed for a sibling. I would like to have a child of my own and adopt another one, if I would afford it.

Put half of your dinner in a to go box. Order from the kids' menu (if they have it).

Yes, she is. Nike trainers developed a workout specifically for her, so she states when the workout begins. She said she uses this workout before an event, it's complete...and that I'll feel the burn tomorrow :))))))))))

I love it!!!! Look at my pictures. I NEVER had those muscles. And that is an older picture, I will take an updated one with my abs too. Not to mention cellulite on my legs is disappearing! NTC is what I did 99% of the time. It's great!!!!!

salad....with lemon juice instead of dressing. also, a handful of almonds would do the work. If I eat 1oz of almonds, I already feel full and it's only the most 200 calories. ..oh, boiled egg too :)

Your "non-witch" period is very short to enjoy. Witches come out 2 weeks before TOM and linger until almost tom is over...so that's about 3 weeks.
