Sometimes I end up at the grocery shop starving after a long day. So I buy a few potato wedges (bad, I know) from the deli and eat them right away, but I pay for the empty bag. But never food off the shelf.

My bf ate so much chicken when he was little, that all his adult life and not even now he cannot stand it. He won't even kiss me if I ate chicken, he cannot stand the smell.

I bought some and threw them away. I just couldn't put it in!!! It didn't fit! It seemed soooo huge!!! I wish I could use it, though, the concept is great!

Don't give up, it will all pay off. Your body is confused right now, but once it understands what you're trying to do it will cooperate. No matter what, don't give up. And don't use the scale to monitor progress, use clothing sizes and inches, body fat percentage, etc. Good luck!

I see the difference, your posture is better, face is slimmer, breasts are smaller and higher, tummy is flatter and even looking at your forearm...you can tell it's smaller. Even 10 pounds show. So for those of you who lost this much weight, congratulations and keep up the good work.

I need 1200 to lose weight. Under that is not healthy. On the days that I work out, I burn around 300 calories. Now, if I eat 1200 and burn 300, means the net calories for that day would be the difference, which is 900. right, ,which brings me to the next question: is there a general rule for breathing? when to breathe, how, etc etc? i was going to post a topic about that. my workout doesn't tell me "inhale on your way up, exhale on your way down"...or vice-versa. is there a breathing rule that applies to all exercises that I can follow?

Brush your teeth, rinse with mouthwash, shower and get in your pijamas. Fool your body you're going to bed and after the toothpaste taste, everything else sucks!

If you want to tone and have a nice shape, do PILATES. They work wonders, they make you look slim and a very beautiful feminine shape. No muscles growing or anything, just toning what you already have. I love them!!!!

Oh, I got another idea. If you DO buy the cookies, put them in ziplocks according to portion sizes. If 2 cookies is a portion size, then put 2 cookies inside. don't have them in the house. less temptation and the thought of having to go buy them may eliminate the cravings. replace cookies with fruits.
