"Fantastic Potatoes"....my mom used to make it. Boiled potatoes, cut in slices. Coat a tray with butter, layer potatoes, feta cheese and sour cream...and repeat. Pour 2 eggs on top and put it in the oven until top layer gets a little crispy brown...eat with sour cream. Maybe that's why I'm on MFP :))))

Give your scale to a friend (far away) or put it in a place where you rarely have any access. Also, you have the motivation to get healthy, which is why you're here. Use the same motivation to refrain yourself from weighing.

3 days is not a good reference. It may be water retention, bloating, etc. I think a better measurement of a plateau would be weeks or even months. Do not worry about days, really. Stop using the scale is my best suggestion. If you work out, you are building muscle, which weighs more than fat (per volume). Muscle increases metabolism, so you will burn better. Put the leftovers in the fridge and in the morning make a little frittata or omlet or wrap with them. Eat that for breakfast or lunch at work.

Enforce a dress code. Not even toes are professional. And too much cleavage is when you can see where the breasts begin, which is too much :) Also, clothes may cover, but be too tight. Professional is when you can't tell the outline or color of the undergarments.

Fruits. Mangoes are super sweet and fill you up (I don't know how good they are for diet, but they are much better than cake).
