I would say forget the deadline and don't panic. Keep eating right and exercise. If your loss slowed down, it may be because you're gaining muscle. Forget the deadline, forget the scale. Focus on the inches and on being healthy. It's awesome you lost as much as you did, so keep up the good work!

I think it's very possible you have muscle weight, which is very good. You may even end up weighing more than before, but in muscle. I like black forest ham. i split a 12'' in lunch and dinner. i eat there rarely, but after i do, i don't feel as guilty as if i were eating a mcmeal :bigsmile:

I don't really like running as much, but what I did instead was walking. I thought i was the only one doing this. I log my exercise in, complete the day and then i feel really guilty if i don't exercise. and sooooo rewarding when i do it :)

10 years ago I used to eat a big mac meal in McDonalds and could barely finish it. Later on, eating full sugar soda, hamburger, mcdouble, large fries were not enough. Start using a pedometer while you are working if you say you walk a lot. And if you don't like or too tired for the gym, do something like Pilates, it's great for toning the muscles and not exert you in the process.

Thank you for your comments and very good advice. I will "monitor" her and see how she progresses and be there for her, but I will not encourage her "21 diet plan". I will just try to set an example for her....and that would be a good motivator for me to eat healthy as well. Thank you for your support!
