It's amazing, I fell off on the weekend (in a big way, alcohol, chocolate, pizza even) and I'm crashing today hard. Pretty fascinating that your body can go from being OK one day and then after 3 days of horribleness just flip.

Exactly, you should be watching your sugar intake with fruits anyway, so no more than 1-2 servings per day ideally. berries are the best! highly recommended on top of toasted activated nuts and seeds with a side of full fat yoghurt (if primal) or just coconut cream if paleo. SO good. MMMMM

couldn't agree more, watch the sugar! And embrace the fat. I aim for 55% fat but range between 50-60% of my calories.
