Wow you guys have a lot of goals. I like how there is such a variety. Some of you have mentioned you steer away from weights? Any reasons for that? You need to be careful though. Online they have the workout Calendar. There are Month 1 DVDs, a recovery week DVD, and Month 2 DVDs. Following the calendar is necessary. Would you be interested in joining the group? You can totally do it! You don't want to wear yourself out. Take breaks during the workout but don't quit…

Well it doesn't have to be a Beachbody program although I would prefer it, as I am an avid Insaniac myself! We would form a Facebook group or one on here and hold each other accountable. I've done these before and they are wonderful for getting results. Message me or add me for more details :)
