Hi all, I am on Level 1 Day 6 today. I'm 5' 7" and 147lbs and would really like to get down to 135-138lbs in time for our honeymoon in June - will doing the 30 day shred alone and eating around 1200 cals a day help me get there or do I need to add in extra cardio? so looking forward to level 2, ready for a change!
