  • I bought the One last month and have been very happy with it. I haven't forgotten to wear it since as soon as I get up it goes from the sleep band into its case thing, and it's pretty easy to put in my pocket or clip on to my pants. I even was able to wear it when I wore a dress to work (just clipped it to my bra strap). I…
  • I'm the same height as you, 135 lbs, and I wear a size 6 or 4.
  • Fries and ginger cookies. I eat both when I want to, I just am careful with the portions and work them into my daily calories.
  • I love Golden Girls - used to watch it with my mom when I was little. Come With Me Now - Kongos
  • Definitely not a deal breaker for me since I have one. They can be hot, it just depends. I've seen some beautiful ink, and I've seen some that looked like crudely done, faded jail-house work and I was told that is in fact, what it was. :/
  • I'd love to have new friends. :) I found out recently I am shorter than I thought and am actually 5'3 instead of 5'4! Oh well, I guess I just feel taller than I am. Looking to lose another 5-10 lbs and am taking it slowly. I log daily, so anyone can feel free to add me.
  • I don't think you're being a big baby. You had surgery and the wound is slow healing so I think you need to be careful with it. I have a trainer too and she pushes me but when I have injuries (I have shoulder issues that occasionally act up and I sprained an ankle a couple of years ago but it sometimes gets achy), she…
  • I also wake up an average of 30 times a night but don't remember most of them. I used to wonder why I'd wake up so tired, then I got a sleep tracker and it made sense.
  • I'm assuming the crazy budget is due to being in grad school? If so, I sympathize! I finally finished grad school last year and it was a huge relief.
  • History, fantasy, horror, comic books, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, and Marvel movies (currently a toss up between Loki and Winter Soldier for my faves). I must be a school nerd as well because I have a PhD so I was a student for eleventy billion years. I'm not that great with math, though, so it was a relief that I only…
  • I exercise as normal most of the time. If one day I'm really fatigued, I rest and do a workout the next day. So basically I try to do things I normally do but if I'm too tired I do give myself a break.
  • I work in an office setting for my county. I bring my lunch most of the time. My main issue is getting time to eat it. :/ I see lots of clients and sometimes am trying to eat a sandwich while reviewing files... definitely not ideal. I think I need to work on taking care of myself better. There's a cafeteria in the building…
  • I'm doing pretty good. This week is the TOM, though, so I'm expecting to see temporary weight fluctuations because of that, bah. Oh well, I'm sure it'll work itself out by next week.
  • My goal is to lose 10 lbs, feel free to add me. :)

  • I'm not actually sure of all the differences, other than the One isn't a wrist brand. The One looks like a slim USB port thingie (I'm so technical) that has a little holster/case and clips onto your clothes or bra. Like krzykt75 said about the Flex, you can put the One into sleep mode in this fabric wrist thing with a…
  • It's called the "Fitbit One Wireless Activity Plus Sleep Tracker" and I got mine (the burgundy one) from Amazon. When you sleep you put it in a little wrist band that you fasten around the wrist of your nondominant hand. It gives you your sleep hygiene percentage, too, among all that data when you sync it with your…
  • I got the FitBit One on Friday and think it's such a cool little thing! Mine does the sleep tracking, too, and I guess I shouldn't be surprise when I wake up I am tired since apparently I wake up approx. 30 times a night. I keep looking at mine to see how many steps I've taken and I'll be curious to see how a normal day of…
  • Hi Liz! Welcome! I just joined a few days ago.
  • Thank you!
  • Hello everyone! I'm 5'4, 138.8lbs as of today and would like to get down to between 125 and 130. Bust: 38 Waist: 31 Hips: 38 I've been at my job for almost a year and it's more sedentary than any other job I've had. :/ I do yoga twice a week and have personal training (cardio and strength) once a week. I'm planning on…
