  • I've been drinking a Spark on days when I need an extra kick of energy. It isn't super strong, so no jitters or crash. It's from Advocare, so it's supposed to be pretty healthy. Plus it's only 45 cals a scoop
  • I don't think 2 weeks is gonna ruin the whole thing! It's just a little time, and easily worth it. Sometimes a break is good for mental purposes. The way I see it, if it helps you mentally stay strong, that's a lot of the battle too. Think of it as having been on leave from the battle against weight!
  • After high school I gained about 60, then I lost about 70, then gained back 55. Now I'm down 14 of that again, looking to go a lot farther than that!
  • Just keep at it. Are you exercising at all with the calorie counting?
  • I disagree with the idea that you can judge parents for that. You don't know us or the rest of the diet. Besides, the reason I'm on here is because this idea works with anything you want to eat, as long as you balance it right. So don't tell me that my kid can't have some cake and be healthy too.

  • This is actually my first week too! I'm loving it! It's been a lot better than I've expected. It takes some effort, especially since I've grown up loving food. This is helping me make progress though, so it's definitely worth the effort! This is gonna be the first of many weeks!
