I might try to workout from home too. The thing is, I have a really expensive gym membership and I want to make the most use of it. But if I realize that the winter months are taking it's toll on me going to the gym, I'll just workout from home instead. Thanks for the advice and suggestions on that as well :)

But to clarify: I used to eat and enjoy salads but after a while it started to become a routine and salads I typically enjoyed became blah, bland and tasteless. This is the second day in a row of me not having any green smoothies. I will have one for dinner tonight and definitely start back up tomorrow. Where you do you get recipes from and how do you log them? (please dont tell me individually!)

Day 3 of smoothies: 1 cup kale, i banana and 10 fresh raw cherries, two tablespoons of fiber, water and ice. I still have about 3 day's worth of kale so I'll just use that and combine it with different fruits for taste. I don't use milk and protein but will start adding them in slowly as I grow accustomed to the taste.

I did the exact same thing with a dress (expensive one too) and I now fit in it! It really is a big motivation. I also like to purchase new workout outfit, that way I motivate myself to go and show them off at the gym :)
