I was juicing regularly, beets, celery, apple and carrots. I drank this juice daily, my blood pressure reduced drastically! No meds!! I need to get back on that!

Having been on this path before...I got down as low as 134...I like me at 134. Don't want to look like a bobble head at 120 lbs. I am 5'3'" aiming for 130 at the moment. We will see if trying for 125 is doable! SW: 173 CW: 152 GW: 132
