My suggestion is make a sandwich the night before and just throw it into your backpack + some snacks in the morning and save it for lunch. eat a big breakfast to give you energy and then eat another meal when you come home in the afternoon. a lot of the cafeterias at my campus had microwaves so i could also bring leftovers…

my mom sends me home made granola so i eat about 1/2 cup of that or i eat 1/2 cup oatmeal + honey for my grains i drink a cup of almod/soy/cashew milk I also eat a fruit of some sort or i make it into a smoothie p.s. i have no idea what levosomething is so ill have to google that =/

I wouldnt care if my pilot was fat as long as he can still reach the controls properly, is not liable to have a heart attack or some sort of health related issue because of obesity during my flight, and as long as the plane doesn't tip forward :ohwell:

its really interesting to me that even though im the same height and weight as one of the girls that post earlier, that she wears like 2 pant sizes smaller than me O_o i guess we all carry our weight differently!! (maybe she just has a big head jk lol)

I totally understand. When I first told my friends I was eating healthier and I had lost 20 pounds they weren't very supportive and said stuff like "but you were starting to get "thick"!" Maybe its just me but I would rather be in a healthy weight range than be overyweight with a big butt :ohwell:
