no one comes out of the gate a inshape meathead......just remember each one of them could have been the overwieght kid in highschool, was in shape and gained 50 pounds or always was heavy lost a ton of wieght and now is a "the meathead"...... most people at the gym are just focused on their workout not you..... I never pay…

in the AM ....if I am groggy ...I will do my cardio first....this gets the blood going ...... I like to do all push exercise bench shoulder squts on smith machine....not many people use it so it is always open

i would google it.there are a few sites that have calorie calculators...find out at your age and wieght what that ride burns and compare it....or just use that.....

just watch the rice intake.....measure some ahead of time so you can get close eye balling it. I just did the same and kept it to half a cup......they have alot of Kabob dishes which is basically grilled...I stuck to that.....I too counted this as a cheat meal...I also took an extra 30 min walk before hand to off set the…

My fiancee had hers out...you will find certain foods will go right through you..mostly the fattier ones.....so the goods news is it will keep you away from them...the bads news is you have to figure out which ones bother you .... She will can still have bacon once and a while but any deep fried foods bother her ...fries…
