Just did Cardio 2...okay burn I guess for half hour (262 calories). Will probably go for a walk later but now to hit the shower and then homework

I didn't lose any weight either but I was much stronger. Have you taken any measurements? You can do phase 2...I just started phase 2 on Monday (had to take a week off due to arm injury)

Today I did workout 6. I only have been burning about 200 calories on these workouts. I also added in a walk/jog of 2.66 miles, ran the last mile (trying to up my running but it's hard).

Okay I am starting phase 2 over since I really only did workout 5 once last week and my own cardio thanks to my arm. So today I did workout 5 & went for a walk/jog for 1.8 miles. Feels good to be back. not sure how I feel about workout 5 yet and I have no balance so the 1 legged squats are awful and may bring my ball out…

Well yesterday I did a Zumba/U-Jam Glow Party for 2 hours and burned almost 1000 calories so that was my cardio day. Tomorrow I will do workout 5 & maybe a run. I only got 1 actual workout in due to my arm but I did walk/run every day but Monday. Tomorrow is back on track day. I lost .8 lbs last week so that is okay with…

Okay ladies now I know what you are talking about...workout 5 is a pain in the *kitten*...I did it with light weights to not push my arm much and then went for a 2.2 mile walk/run...I swear I am determined to kill myself :happy:

Hi ladies...keep it up you all are doing great and I am hoping to be back on Thursday doing workout 5. My arm feels better but I don't want to push it and make it worse. I will be doing measurements tomorrow am but I am not holding my breath on this.

I usually put my chest strap under my bra and I have a Polar f7(something). Okay I am not sure how many times a week i can do this workout but I just did JMBR workout 3 and I added in Supreme 90 Chest & Back...OMG 380 calories gone and dripping sweat time to go take a shower...have a great day everyone!

U-Jam is so much fun...it's Zumba to modern music and then the last 1/2 hour is Zumba...last week I burned over 600 calories. I figured today is Cardio 1 so this can replace it. That is an accomplishment to add weights, that move is hard. Good job for keeping up

Well I didn't get to workout today but I am going to U-Jam/Zumba tomorrow for 1 1/2 hours so I think I will make up for it. Oh I have...I love that show and was so mad when the girl quit and they so should not have had an elimination...I cried when TC went home, his story is so sad (they all are) but to do that damage to your child by accident...talk about guilt forever.
