hey everybody i'm new and really hoping this will be my summer to get in shape! i'm planning a beach trip in sept. and would like to lose about 15-20 lbs. any advice is welcome. I also have a 4 yr old who keeps me pretty busy. Hope everyone else reaches there goals this summer too!!!
