Is 16/8 when you eat only in an 8 hour period every day - not eating in the other 16 hours of the day?

Definitely hummus - I like avocado or spinach/artichoke - 4 Tbl to a small can - then add other veggies - grape tomatoes are especially nice

Drink a glass of water - as though it's a vitamin - every time you wash your hands after using the bathroom! I also like basil, stevia, & ginger in hot water.

I make a pitcher of 'lemonade' every morning - juice of 2 lemons, 2 pkg stevia, a lot of water. It can also be heated to replace tea or coffee.

I agree as I do two cheat meals a week. Only a meal - not a day. The other days, I am very good, and stick to a bit lower calorie count. Twenty pounds in two weeks is amazing! Maybe you need a cheat meal. I eat lower calories (under 1000) for three or four days, and then have a cheat meal - which is usually when I'm invited out. At the cheat meal, I don't gorge, but have what I want without counting the calories.

I like to make a chicken stoup. Mix assorted veggies with a can of diced tomatoes - maybe throw in some V-8 juice, a bit of chicken stock - thicker than soup - add brown rice and black beans - sprinkle some shredded /grated cheese on top when serving. I could eat this every night!
