  • #1 Needing a belt - and #2 then having to have my husband punch an extra hole - #3 needing new underwear as everything is baggy (even with adjusting the bras) - #4 people are starting to tell me that I've lost enough!!!

  • Get the shot - use arch supports in every pair of shoes you wear - especially when exercising - I tried a couple of different brands until I found ones I liked - BTW: they were cheapest, and I got them at grocery story. I do love working out in the pool - great workout, and can really stretch it out! Good luck!!!
  • 1400 seems high for someone that is 112lbs, with not a lot to lose. Perhaps you should cut back to 1000+ for a week or two and see what happens. You could even fluctuate your calories - 1000 a day during the week - and a bit higher on a couple of other days.

  • The artificial sweeteners in it is not a nutrient that your body knows how to metabolize - it confuses the body. Besides the fact that there are chemicals in them that are toxic. I've heard medical professionals refer to soda as poison.

  • What is your plan? I lost 50lbs in 1999 (Atkin's) - and have been playing with that loss ever since - trying different plans. I've never gotten back up to 200, but have never been at 150 again either. It's a constant struggle, but if I didn't do it, I'd probably be 300! I'm 186, as of today. I'd like to lose 30lbs.
