I love the chai latte and cafe mocha as an afternoon treat. In the mornings I like Tully's French Roast, Dark Magic, or Sumatra. Anything dark and scary! :D I thought I would like the flavored ones, but have found them a little weaker than I like. But like I said, I really like dark, strong coffee. Edit to say I get most…

I'm 5'5 and 134, and am a small/med top and bottom. Jeans depend on the brand and cut- but 7-9 usually.

I'm 5'5", and won't buy shoes (other than sneakers) unless they give me at least 2-3 inches. :) Heels make me feel amazing, and my calves look HOT in them!

(((HUGS))) I haven't spoken to my mother in almost 4 years because she was completely toxic to me and my family. It has not been easy at all, but I am 110% healthier for it. That makes me a better person in general and a more stable, happier mom and wife. Sometimes you have to put yourself first, and just have to focus on…

Yep- I enjoy a glass or two of wine or maybe a couple of cocktails here and there. I log everything and am accountable, so I don't see the problem. It's all about balance and moderation for me!

My absolute favorite book is "The Stand" by Stephen King. But- for fun and easy reads I'd go for Sookie Stackhouse or Richelle Mead (Vampire Academy, Succubus (Georgina Kinkaid series). I loved the first two books of the Hunger Games, too. :)

I have 4 kids, and they have always had 3 meals and 2 snacks a day. None of them have a weight problem. Snacks are usually healthy- fruit, granola bar, yogurt, dried fruit and almonds, baked crackers, string cheese, etc- but I do let them have an occasional pop-tart, oreo, or home baked treat. :) They have juice once a…

My favorite is Gap Heaven- which is discontinued but I hunt it down. I also like Gap Dream, New West, and clean scents like Charlie White. :)

I find nothing wrong with being respectfully encouraging. :flowerforyou: I have several male friends and my DH of almost 12 years has no problem with it so long as they respect this as a fitness support site, and not a dating site.

1) People who pull out in front of me when there is no one in back of me, causing me to have to slow down. Which is just awesome because they were in 'such a hurry' that they go 5 miles below the speed limit... 2) People who smoke in the car with kids 3) Not signaling until they are right on top of the turn, especially…

Besides babysitting, my first job was working in a tack shop at our local horse stable in exchange for stall rent for my horse. My first 'real' job when I actually took home a paycheck was at the candy counter at a local department store.

So sorry your little ones are sick. It's so hard to not be able to fix them. :( I didn't read all the replies, but in your shoes, I would get some pain reliever in him- motrin/advil works the best for my kids. We have sore throat pops that numb the mouth and throat as well. Then I'd have gatorade (which is easier to get my…

LOL! I know. :) There is a group set up, with a lot of great info. Look for spike-84

I'm trying the Spike 84 method, and on spike day we aim to double our BMR. I log it. :)

I have them just about everywhere. :( I was not blessed with super-elastic skin, so I'm stuck with them. I have also read that using self-tanner helps hide them. The good news is that as I tone up- I don't zero in on them as much.
-
Yep- a good place to start. If you find it's too much and you feel groggy in the morning, they have 1.5 and 2.5 mg, plus liquid sublinguals for personalized dosing. I think you can build up a tolerance though, so keep that in mind. I used to be good on 3mg, but now have a 5mg time release. :/

I have used it for over a year with some success in treating chronic insomnia. It helps, though you may have to play with dosage to get it right. :)

Hi everyone! I'm 34, mom to 4 and 5'5". I was 161 when I started at MFP (though I have been as high as 234 when pregnant!). My original goal was 135, which I met so I am going for 125. Currently at 133. Anyone can add! :)
-
Welcome to MFP! I'm 34, and a mom to 4. Two beautiful daughters ages 11 and 6, and two handsome sons ages 8 and 3. Finally reclaiming my body with the help of my wonderful MFP pals! I love new friends. :)

Hello! I'm barely 5'5" currently at 133 down from 161. Aiming for 125. :) Feel free to add!
