My DH likes survivalist stuff. LOL! So I am usually good to go with a 'sharp thing', 'nature thing', or 'electronic thing'. I did a wallet on his first father's day (11 years ago) that he refuses to let go of, and I've even let him choose or given him a GC for a no strings attached shopping experience (versus running…

I take a multi-vitamin, fish oil, calcium, iron, and Super B complex everyday. The B is supposed to help with metabolism and energy. :)

You look amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I work from home full time, but without set hours. I manage several people, so I need to be available during their shifts for questions and such, as well as taking care of my other responsibilities. Basically, I end up being on the computer from 8:30 AM to 11:00 PM to make that happen. :( For workouts, I have to make 'me'…

Feeling your pain as I sit here in an air cast for a stress fracture. :( I've been doing upper body resistance band workouts and core. Will be trying the punches only kickboxing. So bummed out.

Hi there. :) I work from home full time and have four kids age 3-10. My DH also works from home, and I love Chalene. :) Feel free to add me.

That's fantastic. :) I hope they can help him even more.

MFP also overestimated my burn by quite a bit according to my Bodybugg. Now I just enter what I really burn and have a better overall picture. :) Good luck!

I'm sure you'll be walking around a lot and staying pretty active (I know I did when I used to show!). Be sure to account for that extra activity by eating lots of healthy snacks and drinking plenty of water. You don't want to under-eat and cause your weight loss to stall. Good luck!

I do the same thing with my BodyBugg. MFP was overestimating my actual burn by quite a bit.

Thank you for this, so that others know what to watch out for. :flowerforyou: I suffered from anorexia and bulimia for over 10 years, and fit your profile to a 'T'. It took becoming a mother and removing toxic people from my life for me to shake off most of the demons, so that I didn't continue the cycle over for my…

Congrats! You're looking amazing.

I've only lost 3lbs, and I can tell a difference. The first place I gain and lose is in my stomach, so it's very noticeable to me. I can tell I have toned up, too. :)

I think it's a nice idea, but in her position I think I would appreciate cash or gift cards more. :flowerforyou:

I also weigh in a few times and use the number that comes up the most.

I think Beyonce has an amazing, womanly body. Love the little waist and curves. My dream bod with a bit more definition in the abs.

I just opened mine to friends this week after a month of being here. It's been a process of learning and feeling more comfortable. :flowerforyou:

This. :)

LOL! My hubby said something like this. :D Good luck on your journey.

I like sweetener, vanilla, sunflower seeds, and dried cherries.

I sometimes use extracts to deepen a flavor. I use vanilla, almond, and mint/peppermint. I've done chocolate with a dash of peppermint for a 'grasshopper' flavor that worked out pretty good. Also a tsp of cocoa powder to intensify chocolate flavor, cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice to vanilla to change it up, etc. :)

Extremely interesting. I gain 2-3lbs during ovulation that stick around until TOM is gone. I may have to do some experimenting myself. :D

2685 according to my bodybugg, but I didn't work out last Sunday or yesterday because of injury.

I said no to homemade french fries, using fattening dressing on my salad, and eating cookies and chocolate. I hate my after dinner sweet tooth. :grumble:

AMAZING transformation!! You look awesome! :D:D

I'm 5'5", and have 135lbs as a goal weight. It's not set in stone though. I would be pretty happy at a toned 140. :)

I just finished Inferno week, and will be starting the regular schedule on Monday. :) Good luck!!

Cottage cheese, eggs, egg whites, greek yogurt, lentils, beans, nuts, and protein powder are great sources of protein! I'm a pollotarian :D. Only eat poultry, and have always had problems getting enough protein.
