its all abot calories in vs calories out so yes logging them and measuring food will make weight loss easier although you could just eat in moderation and portion control....no take aways and generally healthy food....could take longer but then again its a lifestyle change so whatever keeps you going in the long run i…

i get days like that! i find its all in my head if i go a slight number over my cals it's in my head i've gained so therefore when i look in the mirror i see the old me! mind games! look at the scale and believe it! it can't tell you you weigh less than you do! good luck!

i have a cheat day every 2-3 weeks when i weigh myself..i eat what i want whenever! i find that because of my stomach shrinking i can't eat alot on that day but i am eating all the foods ive craved for the past couple of weeks i manage to lose ok 45lbs so far so its working for me!

i asked my doctor he said i need to be between 7 stone 2 and 9.5 im 9.11 at the moment does this mean i am still able to lose 1.5 lbs -2lbs a week still? so confused at the moment as i know weight loss slows down as you get closer to goal?

I do exactly the same and am so near my goal weight! it definetley works and keeps you going during the week aswell, if i was to ban foods completely i wouldn't of been able to enjoy losing weight defo worked for me!

im really close to my goal weight now!! and that this is the lightest i've ever been!

maybe try eating the whole 1200 calories 1000 is far too less to keep you going you will eventually go into starvation mode making weight loss harder! hope this helps!

im 10 stone 1 atm lost 41lbs so far but i was going to the gym 2 days a week and now cant afford it so wanted to know what it would do just to eat my calories without the workout!

i work for mcdonalds aswell! i usually dont count that as excercise although i should....i go to the gym 3 times a week....however avoid the food for obvious reasons!!

you could try having a banana it releases fuel for your body slowly and contain alot of potassium which is good!!! i think its the best thing to have beforehand x
