I too have the FR 620. I never take my vivofit off (at work I wear it in the pocket). I only sync the 620 to the HRM and just leave the vivofit on.

Nope. I tried to add lunch and dinner. Still a mess and removing those meals doesn't remove them from GC. So I'll keep on having a lot of breakfast.

An update of MFP is out. Bug fixes, it's said but I still don't know what bugs are ment. I now log all my meals as breakfast. That way it works great. Does anyone know what bugs are corrected?

Thank you for the reply. I'll have to take a look at meals and see if there's someting I'm missing. Right now, I simply don't get it...

It was all so fine. A couple of hours ago I had -2 kcal on the dashboard. Now all of the sudden I again have 617 kcal left (it's just before midnight). Just like yesterday, but not the exact numbers. What??? I've tried all tricks I can think of, but nothing changes this.

MFP/vivofit will not recognize calories earned with another device. I tested the bike with the FR620 and have no credit for that. I manually added the calories burnt to MFP but even then - nothing. As for now one must have the HRM connected to the vivofit when cycling.

I have now been out with the dog with the HRM and my FR620 and I've been running for half an hour having only the 620 paired to the HRM. All in all I'm very happy. What I have not tried yet is cycling. Will I have to use the HRM with my vivofit or will it be enough to pair it with the 620? Will the vivofit/MFP understand…

Something similar happend to me a while ago. I did the whole pairing gain and now it works.

Have you pressed sync? Also, it says calories are synced every five minutes. There might be a delay? Or disconnect MFP and pair them together again?
-
Something strange happend. I had about 300 kcal left to go so I had a glass of white wine. Now I have 600 kcal left. Just saying, I'm confident it will all be just fine.

Yes, yes, yes, it's happening!!!! Tomorrow, I'll walk the dog with the HRM. On Saturday I'll walk the dog without the HRM. Then I'll take a look at the data and check what allows me to eat more.:) This really made my day!!!
-
Yes it is. I made it last week and it's just a bit too small.:)

Changed from active to sedentary. New value: 1710 cal/day. Thank you!

Allright. The MFP-calculator gets BMR 1375. GC BMR: 1639. That seems fine. I can live with that. But "From normal daily activity": 2200 seems way off. The values regarding height, weight, sex and age are the same. I've double-checked that. I use the Tanita-scale every morning, the weight appears in GC and I register the…

Either it makes no sense or I just don't get it. Comparing our numbers just makes it so much more confusing. In this case I'd go with Garmin. MFP's BMR says 1368. Maybe that's the number to consider when looking at the calories registered by the Vivofit?
-
Calories burned from normal daily activity: 2190. BMR (Garmin): 1639. Isn't this a bit too much of a difference? I wonder if MFP assumes you're moving at least a bit every day?

I really, really hope we'll be able to sync MFP to the vivofit really, really soon.
