As I am a bit of a grazer, I make my evening meal a controlled suitable portion size but I often leave half on my plate for later on. Same meal, just spread out over time!

You need to remember that you deserve to be healthy and feel good about yourself. You probably give so much time to other people so it's good that you are putting yourself first. Invest in some equipment if circumstances allow for it, maybe just and exercise mat to start off with. Take photos through out the journey on…

I'd keep eating your fruit, as long as it's not in juice form it's a great part of your diet. If you're ever eating dried fruit though, please check the ingredients for added sugar! :)
