Ooh, where in Europe? I wish you the best of luck! Chances are, you'll even lose a little while you're over there. In my experience, the emphasis on cycling and walking over driving sort of forces you to be active.. it's one of my more expensive weight-loss methods, hehe

Why do you dwell on this to the point of writing lengthy paragraphs to strangers on the internet? Your main complaint is that (through "false signals") she doesn't care about you the way she "should," so why not just let it go as well? Especially when the OP has issues of their own that we're supposed to be supporting her…

While I definitely have issues with some of the things a poster has said on this board, I think the main issue is, well, the OPs concerns. I have been cheated on as well, and it's a crushing feeling. It destroys your trust, truly. In regards to keeping fit, the best thing you can do is channel your feelings from this in as…

Truth. I ended up eating ice cream shortly after posting, haha. Thankfully I burned enough today.

I usually listen to some good, upbeat music to get myself "in the mood" and just force myself to get up and start either with my normal reps or dancing. Signing up for races as previously mentioned is a great idea too if you're able.

Kevita drinks! I love them. @Robbnva - thanks for making me want Ben and Jerry's. I think I've avoided it for five months now.. blergh

My worst date was my fault.. it was the first person I had met with the intention to continue on romantically via the internet, and oh man.. I was really shy and uncomfortable for whatever reason and couldn't make eye contact for a half hour or so. I ended up throwing up out of anxiety (something that had never happened to…

I wonder how they even achieve this. I mean, AFAIK even their "light" sides are cooked in butter, but jeez. Definitely the place to go when you need some indulgence.

Yep. Now I'm that annoying person that will check the nutritional info on her phone prior to ordering. I remember ordering a pasta dish before I "changed my lifestyle" at the cheesecake factory - 2300 calories. A lot of their cheesecake (a SLICE!) packs over 1000 calories.. scary stuff. As I have no desire to kill myself…

Beans are pretty great, really, so long as you don't dress them up too much. I usually eat half a can of dark red kidney beans heated on the stove with garlic powder, cayenne, and wilted spinach (about three cups). I've eaten the whole can's worth some days, but most of the time I find it near impossible. Just enjoy that…

That's harsh of him. I'm sorry that you have to deal with that.. everyone deserves a supportive partner! You can do this with or without his help! We're all here to aid you and give tips, after all. Ultimately, you have to find the desire to get fit within yourself as you're the most reliable person at the end of the day.…

I dance but I'd love to get into pole. I don't have the money just yet, but someday! I'd love to be that strong.

I'm a hermit on here, so I can voice a collective "no" to every post. That being said, you have an awesome beard, sir.

Ezekiel bread toasted with pretty much anything. peanut butter by itself, peanut butter and banana slices with cinnamon and/or chia seeds, mashed avocado+SP+lemon+sriracha.. toast is pretty versatile. Stick an egg on it with some tomato slices, even. Maybe some spinach, too. Equally as customizable is the age-old oatmeal.…
